INTO TTSL..

Got released on April 15th.Hoping for a good bench period for atleast 2 months.But was insisted and compelled to get into project.

Tried a lot to escape from this project.Met all the people and anybody didn't help me to get the hell out of this project.To get into details TTSL(Tata TeleServices Ltd) deals with Tata Docomo, photon and all the related clients.I got into maintenance/enhancement /development in one of the teams present in that.The only positive I've found is that the work for us includes mainly Java, Struts, Hibernate ,Springs which are all the topics that I've learned in my ILP and which have a huge scope anywhere I go and there is a huge domain knowledge that I can gain.There are so many cons that are present .TTSL is an internal project and so there is no scope for any on-sites in this project.Nobody is willing to get into this project and all the people try to escape from this project.I've been trapped to get into this project.Some lucky guys managed to escape this project and few unlucky guys got into support of this project.

There are few more important pros that I can identify.Most important of all is that I have my goal clear ahead that I want a good CAT score to get into a good MBA college.If I got into another good project then I may not have this goal to set in my mind.Now there is a goal in my mind and I need work on the ways to achieve it.

But I also have the main thing that I want to achieve that is to become a good orator/presenter.I need to join the ToastMasters as soon as possible.Due to sister's marriage I couldn't manage with that.Now I'm free to achieve these goals.I should also manage to get some fun from my life and need to work on them. I've missed a lot in my life unknowingly and now I don't want any more regrets from my life.I should get the maximum from my life.Hope to listen some good news from my friends that they get settled somehow in a decent positions in their lives.

One thing that I always keep in my mind is the line from "We bought a Zoo" which says..

"When you do something for right reasons then nothing can stop you.."

TCS...ILP:

I'm in training now.Don't know why did I pick this blog again.Writing something from my mind gives me fresh thoughts.Its like backing up my own brain hard disk.
For now, I've been with TCS for a little over a month now.There is a lot to learn from here.But the irony is that these are not the things I want to learn.I should mainly concentrate on English and communication. I've gave a presentation today,but it was a total disaster.Not only myself so many other friends have faced the same situation.I need to improve in a lot of areas.I've dedicated my weekend for the sake of this presentation but it did'nt give much appreciation.Nobody to blame,I've done some mistakes.There are quite a few areas that I need to look into.I need to improve the understanding of the problem and also keep emphasis on grammar.
My friends/roomies whom I'm living with are also not intersted in this software life.They also don't know ehat to do with their life.The ted thing hasn't left me yet.I'll give a ted talk for sure.But before that I need to improve a lot on my vocabulary,my presentations and also need to reduce my nervousness on stage. I badly need to my improve my confidence levels.The very next week we do have one more presentation.I should work on that.There are not much chances left in this ILP,I think. Got MEA domain in  projects.Have to en quire about that..Nothing much left to write...
