INTO TTSL..

Got released on April 15th.Hoping for a good bench period for atleast 2 months.But was insisted and compelled to get into project.

Tried a lot to escape from this project.Met all the people and anybody didn't help me to get the hell out of this project.To get into details TTSL(Tata TeleServices Ltd) deals with Tata Docomo, photon and all the related clients.I got into maintenance/enhancement /development in one of the teams present in that.The only positive I've found is that the work for us includes mainly Java, Struts, Hibernate ,Springs which are all the topics that I've learned in my ILP and which have a huge scope anywhere I go and there is a huge domain knowledge that I can gain.There are so many cons that are present .TTSL is an internal project and so there is no scope for any on-sites in this project.Nobody is willing to get into this project and all the people try to escape from this project.I've been trapped to get into this project.Some lucky guys managed to escape this project and few unlucky guys got into support of this project.

There are few more important pros that I can identify.Most important of all is that I have my goal clear ahead that I want a good CAT score to get into a good MBA college.If I got into another good project then I may not have this goal to set in my mind.Now there is a goal in my mind and I need work on the ways to achieve it.

But I also have the main thing that I want to achieve that is to become a good orator/presenter.I need to join the ToastMasters as soon as possible.Due to sister's marriage I couldn't manage with that.Now I'm free to achieve these goals.I should also manage to get some fun from my life and need to work on them. I've missed a lot in my life unknowingly and now I don't want any more regrets from my life.I should get the maximum from my life.Hope to listen some good news from my friends that they get settled somehow in a decent positions in their lives.

One thing that I always keep in my mind is the line from "We bought a Zoo" which says..

"When you do something for right reasons then nothing can stop you.."

TCS...ILP:

I'm in training now.Don't know why did I pick this blog again.Writing something from my mind gives me fresh thoughts.Its like backing up my own brain hard disk.
For now, I've been with TCS for a little over a month now.There is a lot to learn from here.But the irony is that these are not the things I want to learn.I should mainly concentrate on English and communication. I've gave a presentation today,but it was a total disaster.Not only myself so many other friends have faced the same situation.I need to improve in a lot of areas.I've dedicated my weekend for the sake of this presentation but it did'nt give much appreciation.Nobody to blame,I've done some mistakes.There are quite a few areas that I need to look into.I need to improve the understanding of the problem and also keep emphasis on grammar.
My friends/roomies whom I'm living with are also not intersted in this software life.They also don't know ehat to do with their life.The ted thing hasn't left me yet.I'll give a ted talk for sure.But before that I need to improve a lot on my vocabulary,my presentations and also need to reduce my nervousness on stage. I badly need to my improve my confidence levels.The very next week we do have one more presentation.I should work on that.There are not much chances left in this ILP,I think. Got MEA domain in  projects.Have to en quire about that..Nothing much left to write...

Long time..

Its been long time I've logged into my blog.Almost 2 years... 2 long years.
There is a lot happened in this time.I completed my engineering.I got placed in TCS. I've been waiting for my call letter for 6 months and I got it last month and 21st Jan'2014 it is in hyderabad. In this leisure time I've done my certification,Attended a few job interviews.Nothing much happened though..
Anyways..
The reason why I've came back to my blog is because I done something that may change my rest of my life.
I watched a video (an INKtalk) by Varun agarwal. I got so inspired and curios that I've ordered a book written by him about his story.
Varun Agarwal is from bangalore.He is one of the youngest entrepreneurs of our country and frankly the only entrepreneur that I ever knew.He did his engineering degree and he established comapny called Almamaterstore.He wrote a book "How I braved anu aunty and co-founded million dollar company".
Almamaterstore is basically a e-commerce store that sells T's , hoodies, cups, mugs etc with printing universities names on it.It was a great idea to start with.
I got impressed with his video and also with his book.In this 6 months I've been searching for a something to achieve in my life, and certainly this whole video give me a certain way.May be this business is something that I should so.May be not.
All I badly want is to give a TEDtalk or an INKtalk. That's something I want to do badly.
I remember that day in soft sklls lab in first year of engineering.We were asked to give a JAM round (Just A Minute).They will give you a minute and we have to talk about some topic.As it was the first time they given the choice to choose our own topic. I've decided to give a talk on "Just a minute" itself.
This is something I should do now.Give talk on talk itself..
I haven't decide anything yet..But soon I'll figure out something.If I join in TCS then I have to sign a bond for 2 years.Its like I will be stuck for two years.I have to make my mind soon enough.If I should do that business thing that I have to search for an Idea.
A dialog in 'badmash company' movie says.. "Business acha investment se nahin acha idea se bantha hein"..
Its something I have to keep in mind..

CSE blog--I like it...

           My department has started a blog.....I don't know who...but i liked it....I liked the language they have used.My blog is not so good as them but i will try to give the best I can.Its good having a blog of our own department.Earlier, I thought of having it,but having it represent the entire department is not an easy job.It cannot be done by just a single person.
       I just want to give a suggestion.
          Guyz...make the habit of taking a feedback from our folks.Welcome the negatives given by them in a humble way.Develop the way of writing it in the perspective of all of them.No criticizing of any single person in or out of the class cause this is our family.
       I just wanna give them and its up to you...keep the ball rolling...
          
       Being in a branch of study which gives the recent of the entire world,its essential to give our way of exposure.Using the technology is more important than just studying the past of it.

        Anyways guys keep moving...

Diary can be considered to be as a very trusty friend for which we can be open in all the ways.Many great leaders have the habit of writing a diary.I do not insist to write lengthy pages what you have done since morning up to the sleep.Just make a short note of the good or bad you have grasped or learned from that day.It also gives you a good remembrance of enjoyment that you have made at that time.The bad you have done that day must be accounted in it to rectify that and try to find a method of rectifying it so that you can build up your character.

Of-course, I too have started this habit recently.My father gave me a diary just on the x-mas evening and suggested me to start writing diary.He gave it to make improve my language.I will certainly respect him.
Anyways i just want to suggest you to make this as a habit and you will feel the difference.

Any new changes which are meant to be good show their effect very slowly.So just be patient enough in your efforts.
